"This is a new and upcoming location. The hotel is very nice and is in the process of undergoing a major renovation. We had one of the new rooms and it was perfect. The girl who checked us in was friendly, professional, and had a good sense of humor. We were headed to the border and didn't want to stay in Laredo. If you are looking for a nice dinner prior to crossing, stop in San Antonio. After that, there is really nothing between San Antonio and Cotulla. There is a steak house with good reviews in Cotulla, but they are closed on Sundays, and we were unfortunately there on Sunday. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!"

"The property was clean for a small town. The staff were very welcoming and kind."

Friendly staff, clean venue, they do care about the maintenance of the building, they even provide a form where you can report any issue requiring to be addressed by the maintenance crew, however i must say that it is so obvious that the hand shower is leaking everywhere and its support is broken, that it's hard to believe that no one had reported it befort or that their maintenaince crew hasn't noticed it before."
