"What an amazingly beautiful place with an incredibly high levels of customer service excellence. We were there for 4 nights as a part of a 2 week family holiday in Vietnam. The experience was a 5* from the moment we got off our taxi to the time we checked out and left. The service responsiveness was always positive and fast. I would , in particular, call out their restaurants which had a great set of food options - pan asian and non asian. Staying there on Christmas night was a bonus with the celebration and fun. "little far from the city center but the hotel offers great options for activity and restaurants. loved infinity pool and its bar where pizza was the best I had in anywhere of Vietnam. Also other restaurants such as karan and nami provided tasty menus that my family enjoyed. the hotel's water park was huge and very good also. "
