"Charming little home-stay run by a lovely couple. The owners are very friendly and happy to help in any way. The are virtually on call 24/7 for anything you need. The rooms are clean and tidy, and there is a lovely cafe downstairs. It's a quiet and relaxing environment. With the beach minutes down the road. "Arrived to a deserted reception desk. After a brief walk around the overgrown gardens it was evident that there was no-one about. Finally found a groundskeeper who was surprised we had a booking. Apparently restaurant and pool bar have not been operational since covid. We high-tailed out of there quick smart. Thankfully we found great accommodation with vacancy near by. I can't believe they still advertise on the various hotel booking platforms. "
