"My toddler caught the stomach bug while traveling. The staff at this hotel was great accommodating us. They allowed us to check in 3 hours early. They were very helpful throughout our whole stay. They offered us extra towels, trash bags to store soiled clothes, and anything that could make our stay more comfortable. "

"I booked this room several months in advance for an event at Loretta Lynn's. When I booked this I requested and checked to be sure but I booked a nonsmoking room. We used to smoke and dont anymore so I would prefer a nonsmoking room. When we got to the hotel the front desk clerk was very apologetic because we didnt get our nonsmoking room. They put us in a smoking room and it wreaked of old stale smoke and dog pee. You could see the stains in carpet from where a dog had peed. Thankfully we...
