"The booking on-line was easy enough however, I did try to communicate via email- No response, needed to go through expedia USA to contact the Villa. Asked for transfer pick up, no show at the airport. Checked in fine, fridge- Not working, Air conditioner-Not working, all got fixed once mentioned. TV only 1 english station. the description says KUTA not really near the "Kuta" I know. won't stay again, for this price it was a poor & disappointing stay."

"Spacious, brightly lit, natural light, clean, polite staff. Would be good if they provided hair conditioner. The front desk said they do provide but twice i asked and they did not give. The shampoo and shower gel were good. Many fluffy towels... made the stay pleasant. Breakfast was good except the tea wasn't hot on all 3 days. "

"I absolutely loved the property and its location. The. Villa itself was extremely beautiful and had total privacy and completely surrounded by greenery. It’s is in quieter part of Legian, but still close to the more touristy spots of Kuta and Seminyak. Hiring a scooter if you are confident enough or booking scooter or Cab via Gojek makes it extremely convenient location wise. Before we arrived, I tried to book a table for breakfast for the group that was staying, only to be told when the 1st of the group arrived, that the kitchen was not working as they had no chef - others were told it was due to having no hot water.
