"This hotel is wonderful. The rooms are very spacious. They have very comfortable beds and quality bedding. All the staff are very helpful, polite friendly and a credit to the hotel. We will be staying again."

"The hotel is stunning in every way. All the public areas; lobby, restaurants, pool areas, pathways etc are so clean and beautifully maintained. The room itself was large and clean with all the amenities you would expect in a luxury hotel. The bathroom was spacious with a freestanding bath. The walk in shower was huge! Every member of staff we encountered was so friendly whilst being highly efficient at their jobs. For such a big hotel it never seemed to be over busy. There were rarely any queues to either be seated at breakfast or for any of the food stations. Similarly at the pools. We went to both the adult infinity pool and the main pool. Occasionslly there were no available loungers at the adult pool around lunchtime / early afternoon but we never had any problem finding chairs around the main pool. Food was excellent throughout the resort. Not the cheapest but excellent quality and well worth the price. Around the pools orders were taken from and brought to you at your loungers by numerous and highly attentive staff. The staff especially Overall a superb hotel and wonderfully relaxing experience."

"Beautiful resort in front of Legian Beach. Very clean, modern, and the staff are all friendly and helpful and everybody speaks English. The property has a nice pool for adults and for kids. They also have a kids club where kids and babies can play inside. The atmosphere is very nice especially at night it’s very warm and moody, every night they do a dance show, they call singers etc. They also have a amazing Balinese SPA which is very full of reservation so reserve in advance. The room is very clean but is very noisy especially in the road side. I really recommend!"

"We love LBH stay there often, convenient, great facilities, adult pool, pricing is reasonable for a VIP % star hotel. I did have a couple of bugbears this time. We contacted the hotel for airport transfers and they forgot to book it. Also when booking I selected an option that included breakfast and when we arrived were told it had not been included. Not sure whether this was a hotel error or an expedia error. However as a result of that we found eateries within walking distance that offered buffet breakfasts for 1/3 of the price. So really worked to our advantage to be honest. Also our bronze membership discounts had not been applied. This will not deter us from going again as every other stay has been exemplary. But I will be double checking everything and checking again to ensure no future errors"

"We stayed in a standard room for 6 nights. It was clean & the rooms were quiet. The location was great to be able to walk to the beach in a few minutes, plenty of food options, markets & spas all within walking distance, with plenty to choose from. The rooms themselves were basic, I would stay again "

"the gardens are beautiful and we loved the location ,its away from the kuta hustle and bustle and we had a great time , room service was good and the staff were very helpful and friendly always "
