"Wina is a nice spot for couple and families alike. Has two pools and does a good breakfast. Rooms are big and tidy. Water pressure is a little weak in shower in our room. We got an upgrade on checkin. Free pool table you can use near one of the pools. Check in not until 2.30pm which they stick too. "

"We like the location of the hotel. The food and drink at the hotel are dear but the Happy hour 12-6 was great value. We had a conversation with Yuli who is a customer experience officer and she was wonderful. She asked for our feedback the second day at the buffet breakfast and we asked if we could have more water and toilet paper in our room and that was no issue for her to organise. We received extra paper and water in our room the next day. The only criticism i do have about the hotel...
