"Absolutely amazing. Definitely will be staying here whenever visiting Bali. The hotel was so beautiful and the staff made it 100x better with their service, care and respect. By the time we finished breakfast, our room was already cleaned. We felt so safe and looked after. Our room was upgraded before arriving and received a birthday cake in our room as a cute surprise for my mum’s birthday. The spa is amazing and so so so affordable! Breakfast was so nice with a gorgeous view. Only negative would be their dinner at Mozzarella, didn’t enjoy it much but other than that could not fault anything!!"

"The Mandira is a great hotel. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The pool area was designed with areas for everyone eg small children and adults. The buffet breakfast had an extensive range of hot and cold food, and an egg chef. If I had to pick a point for improvement I would say some of the rooms are a bit dated and perhaps could do with a renovation. "

"In great area, close walk to beach, very close to restaurants, shopping and spas. Plunge pool room worth it ( as pool area is busy but we enjoyed that )for when you want a quiet swim anytime. We still always got a lounge chair. Fun Drag show onsite , and all staff were friendly and helpful. Money changer in the lobby was great and pretty comparable to the legit ones outside. Close mini marts for snacks and cokes, Easy check in/ out, and really appreciated the cold towel on arrival as it was a super hot/humid day. Buffet breaky was fresh but we aren’t big bfast eaters so ate omelettes/fried eggs and cereals. The poolside kiosk had some nice looking food going out too, I only had chips and wedges. ( they were crispy and yummy)"
