They could get more help n these areas. Although friendly and could speak english well, they were clueless as to meeting reservations as not enough information for them apparently"

"The cabanas were ok. Nothing fancy but had what we needed for traveling from Tulum to Merida. It was a fun stopping point where we swam in the cenote in the afternoon on first day and in morning of day we checked out. There is also an outdoor pool at the cabanas. They require you to rent a life jacket to swim in cenote. And this cenote is fairly dark and beautiful inside. A lot of people are taking selfies which is kinda annoying when actually swimming...."
