If you are here for the shopping, great. Or if you want to see the uniqueness of a cenote in the Cotsco parking lot... (yes, there is a Cotsco right by the hotel, the hotel itself been inside a gigantic mall). The Mayan Museum is a great half day trip, walking distance. The hotel is far from the center, and rooms are super clean but outdated.

The floor of the room was very very dirty. The microphone bedside lamps were broken. There was no soap in the dispenser and no hand towels. Beds were actually quite comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Elevators were working fine. Location is very good because you are inside a mall. Parking was no problem. Staff were not too bad. The hotel could be very cute with the music theme, but needs a bit more thought, care and attention.

Las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear, el piso de mi habitación estaba sucio, el baño está peor que un hotel de paso, la cortina que separa el retrete de la regadera, desnivelada, con hongo y con mucho óxido, las almohadas y el colchón súper incómodo, sinceramente 2/10 le doy de calificación, no pienso regresar, siempre me he quedado en otros hoteles ibis en viajes express y esta es la peor propiedad de todas.

Lo único bueno es la ubicación y el acceso directo a la plaza, en fuera terrible el desayuno incluido con frutas oxidadas como el plátano con manchas y las manzanas arraigadas, muy equis, sobre todo por el precio se consiguen mejores opciones a unos metros mil veces mejor. Aparte el baño está peligroso muy resbaloso, y el tamaño de las habitaciones claustrofobicas. Si el precio fuera 30% más bajo podría decir que está bien.
