"I was greeted by one of lady fron FO team upon my arrival, I left my luggage as I have a meeting to attend. Shirley was assisting me with my check-in, it was quick and professional. The room is clean, spacious, the view are amazing, thanks to the housekeeping team and Nina(maid preparing my room). The breakfast team is very polite, the breakfast is fine to me. "Perfect for a night out or concert in Birmingham. The room was very small so a longer stay would be rough. Right in the centre so perfect for symphony hall, O2 academy, bullring, and the theaters. Clean and the receptionist was friendly and efficient. A couple of nice bars and resteraunts across the road. "

"If you want to be right in the centre this is the place to be. Unfortunately a lots of building work going on next door but in the evening this had no affect on the hotel and generally a quiet place to sleep if you are a few floors up. Hotel staff very helpful."

My partner had an operation at the Royal Orthopedic Hospital and ended up staying in longer than we thought. The hotel could not have been more accommodating or kind. I ended up checking out on 3 occasions only to have to check back in again because my partner wasn't coming home.
