"Very nice hotel. Staff were very attentive and understanding of the reason I wanted to move rooms. Wasn’t an issue. Very helpful staff in the restaurant. Receptionist was as lovely as they come and the new manager was exceptionally friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Close to shops and other restaurants. The hotel restaurant served amazing food. I had the seabass. Stunning. "

"The reception staff was welcoming when we arrived . The main problem I had was the Aircon when in use was very noisy and when turned off kept making a water like noise the whole night until roughly 0730am. Also when the Aircon was off the room was very cold and the duvet was extremely thin ! "

The pool was an area that lets the hotel down, its very tired and run down, however, it was fit for purpose with a working steam room, sauna, and hot tub. The restaurant really didnt make any sense. "This is not a hotel so do not expect any bar or restaurant to be available, it is a more personal service and better for it. We prebooked a continental breakfast which was very nice but fresh baked pastries would have been preferable to the prepacked versions. There is a lot of care and love put into this place and the staff were very welcoming and helpful to make sure we had the best experience. Our room was spotless and beautifully decorated and extra milk, pillows etc happily provided....
