"Always love Coco. Some of the servers/bartenders/wait staff should stay home if they don’t want to be there that day. Everyone has bad days but when you bring those days to work and are nasty to guests then you make it bad for the entire hotel. "

" Our regular maid didn't change bedding entire stay, or wipe down top of dresser or bed tables. The internet was poor connection most of time. But on the up management did give me a bottle of wine of my bday which was so very kind. Will return again"

"Property is gorgeous. We stayed in the Blue Java Cabana which was amazing - the only negative is that it’s right next to Rick’s Cafe which has music bumping all day and into the evening - after a while you just kinda tune it out though and it never went later than 10 so not a big deal over all. Food at the restaurant was great every meal - servers are friendly and fun. Got a massage on our front porch the last day from the woman they recommended which was amazing. You’re not on the beach but it’s a nice break to not get heckled and hassled by people trying to sell you things all day. Definitely would stay there again."
