"Great place to stay. It is a bit far from all the actions in Negril and the taxi drivers try to fleece you. They demand exorbitant amounts for even a short drive. Please be mindful of this. I would kindly request the property to introduce a shuttle facility to at least Seven Mile beach either free of charge or at a reasonable price. This would definitely enhance the customer experience of staying at the Cliff Hotel. We had a very comfortable stay. Beautiful property and lovely views. Swimming in the ocean going down the ladder off the cliff was really an invigorating experience. Thank you Kayla at the front desk. You made our life easy. You are superb! Cheers!"

"We had a veranda oceanfront room. It was right on the beach and in the center of the resort. Many passers by looked over with envy because of how awesome the location was!! The resort is a bit run down and needs do renovation. The ocean air is really hard on everything. Overall the resort was in great shape. The service was impeccable and the staff seemed genuinely gracious to help. I really enjoyed the interactions with numerous staff members. Jamaicans are the kindest souls on earth. The food was outstanding, and whether we are at one of the various high end restaurants, or the amazing buffet, we always left more than satisfied!! "

"From the phone call conversation, the front desk staff, the bell man, the room, the dining options, the varieties of food was excellent. I wish I could take home all the staff. They treated me and my friends as guests not anything else. I was happy I chose this location to have our girls vacation. My overlooking the ocean was magnificent. I could go on and on with all the positives but experiencing it is a different level of happiness."
