"Our deluxe room was warm with a very comfortable bed and bedding. The bathroom was a good size with a bath and a shower with a large head. The towel rail was on so the towels were warmed. Unfortunately the water was tepid when we wanted to shower in the morning. On contacting reception we were told that hot water would be available in an hour, too late for us. "Lots of great things to rave about but the number one was the staff. They were exceptional, from the receiption to the restaurant, they really made our stay. Next to mention was the food which was top notch and our vegan was very well catered for. The spa was also very good, with a nice pool for splashing about as well as a modest sized gym.
