"The hotel was lovely and staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool could of been cleaner and warmer but overall a great hotel in great location for what we needed. Bar food was great and nothing was over priced. Looking to book again in 2026 when going on holiday from Birmingham airport 🙂"

"All fine apart from someone setting off the fire alarm 3 times at about 2am in the morning, after no response from reception we had to walk down 11 floors only to find it was a false alarm. Nobody seemed to know what was happening, communication was poor. Obviously spoilt the sleep experience."

Was a bit noisy (I could here the heavy footed person in room on floor above me crossing floor to go to the toilet during the night - kept waking me up), and The coffee machine at breakfast had run out of milk (so no cappuccino). Minor things but room to improve easily. Otherwise, I had a good night here and would return. Thank you. "

"Always love staying in this pub and this time an added bonus of an Oktoberfest night had a fabulous time as our gig was cancelled comfy bed and a good price highly recommend "
