While some of the reviews mentioned noise in some of the suites, we only heard guests downstairs when we were in the bathroom and then only in the afternoon. It was quiet in the evening / night. It was a great place to stay after a 5,000 mile trip from the Western US and recover from jet lag before going on to meet friends and family elsewhere in the UK. (It’s about a hour from Heathrow). "Very attractive decor and newly done. The bathroom was the best I've yet to stay in. Comfortable bedroom with good facilities. The staff were excellent, so friendly and willing to help. Got the impression they were happy in their work. All food was extremely tasty and well sourced."
