"First off, the location of this resort is probably the best on the island other than proximity to snorkeling, that is a few miles away. It is incredibly quiet at night around the resort. We returned to this resort as it is great for kids with close proximity between pool, rooms and fabulous beach. The staff is generally friendly especially the security and pool staff, though felt the front desk staff could be a bit more welcoming and helpful. "The property was located about 5-10 minutes walk from the beach. Excellent Restaurants were also a few minutes walk from the Hotel. The ac unit went out for one day and one staff member was sent that evening to check it, but it was not fixed until the next day by getting a new unit. That same evening we didn't have hot water.
