The hotel had a good Turkish bath and spa. The location of the property was good, the beach area is well organized, nice and clean. The restaurant had a lot of variety but they need to work on improving the taste.

The location is bad with no surrounding shops or restaurants. The rooms and bathroom are outdated with bad smell. The staff was nice but not sure why the facility is still open while only a few guests were there!

This property has a nice private beach and lovely pool. Good sized rooms with excellent amenities and views. Great value with all meals and drinks inclusive. The lobby is spacious and welcoming. Some maintenance issues with air conditioner and lifts.

It is an amazing place to relax! The resort has everything you need to make your stay very Confortable. I had a sea view room and the view abs Sunrise and sunsets were amazing. The location of the hotel is also excellent! Just next to one is the most instagramable place (the windmills).

Gem in bodrum
I would like to thank the gentlemen who checked us in he was very helpful and welcoming .This was a 10/10 resort… it had good customer service great facilities beautiful lush gardens amazing beach and pool area it was an all inclusive with delicious food . I highly recommend and would definitely return to bodrum and stay at holiday inn thank you for a fantastic stay .

me and my husband came during the winter season, therefore not expecting much. we ended up changing our rooms multiple times because the heat was not working and due to the vacancy of the hotel we were able to do so thankfully. The flush for the bathroom bathroom was broken. Some of the rooms need to be updated. One day we decided to utilize the steam room and the bathhouse and they were doing some kind of construction, which was a liability because they had chords and machines in front of the changing room and the steam room. And on one day, they decided not to have breakfast and suggested that they could do room service instead. I have never encountered such a thing in a hotel business. The staff for the most part were helpful, but could have been more prompt, especially considering there wasn't that many guests in the hotel.

Check in delayed by 80 minutes. Bathroom very smelly, bathroom fan very noisy. Complained to reception but they did not bother to resolve. Shower corner was very dirty. Breakfast was very good.

It was a good stay & good room. The guy at the reception gave us a rooms for the handicap, thankfully worked for us, cos it was slightly bigger than what we were expecting. I still dont know why it was given to us though. We asked them to change it too, just in case if some other guests comes up with needs. The staff was very helpful though, special mention to Mr Orkhan, Mr Emre & Ms Esra.. they went out of their way to help us with our requirements. Really sweet, appreciate their support. Though the hotel needs more English speaking staff.

The Holiday Inn Resort in Bodrum is a wonderful resort for a reasonable price. We stayed just before the start of the summer season so the resort’s amenities and facilities weren’t fully operational yet but they did well with what they had. Staff were kind and courteous but slow at times due to lower staffing. One morning there was an issue with the water - none of the rooms had water but it was quickly resolved before the end of breakfast service. It’s a stunning view and well worth it for that alone. The resorts beside it get the same view (if not worse) and pay a lot more for it. The spa, run by Antonio, is immaculate and a highlight of the resort as a whole. The sauna, the gym, the Turkish bath, and the many services they offer - all are incredible. Getting into town is really easy. You can walk (hilly) but the taxi service is great and has a station located just outside the resort for quick pickups. Highly recommend it. Great value.

They didn’t have a single first aid kit in the resort due to slow reason, no nurse also. They need to call EMT for a cut. Of course EMT didn’t appreciate it.

A FAIR DISSAPOINTMENT - Bodrum Holiday Inn resort displayed facilities like pool, bar and step-free access which were not available. PLEASE NOTE the hotel was not ready for guests in the month of March-April and was in tatters. There were acres of steps with no lift facilities to go to the pool or beach or the restaurant (for breakfast). Old people were struggling going up and down the steps with no lifts working!!!! The beach area was untidy with construction work still ongoing- so what were we paying for???? The pool was non-functional and the price we paid for the facilities were misleading. So don't book this hotel until you have checked that all facilities are available at the time of your visit. Catering and room service staff needs training on English language and general etiquette when serving guests. The breakfast was good. However the in-house lunch was a disappointment.

Fiyatına göre odanın temizliği tartışılabilir. Duş başlığı arızalı kontrol edilmemiş. Tv kumandasının pili akmış. Mini bar doldurulmamış. Sezon bitti gözüyle bakılarak odalara yeterli özenin gösterilmediğini düşünüyorum. Otelde eğlence yok. Sadece akşam çatı katında DJ performans var ama kendi çalıp kendi oynayan cinsten. Kafa dinlemeye gidiyorum diyenler için çok iyi.
