Divan hotels have never failed me. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious enough. Breakfast is varied and delicious. They always maintain their standards.

I highly recommend this hotel. The spa and wellness facilities were great: very clean and spacious, and the staff was very helpful. We had dinner at the hotel (it was a decent experience), but we particularly liked the small patisserie and the pub. We bought a cake from the patisserie for my daughter's birthday. The patisserie and pub staff were very helpful in organising a small celebration. Special thanks to Mr Halis at the pub for being so helpful and kind. Also, thanks to the staff at the reception.

Hotel is very far from restaurants and coming after 9 mending there is nothing to eat in surrounding areas as everything is closed. It’s not for tourist or night life.

Superior hotel with perfect location, but no coffee or tea offered in room. After our first day, our cups were taken away, and the powder for coffee and tea bags were not supplied. Everything else was perfect, and better than expected. We did not complain, than unfortunately, no coffee/tea in room was available, oddly. Towels and bed renewal was completed daily as expected. Weirdly, the cleaning staff opened our 6th floor window and turned on our television each morning while we were gone.

This is not a 5 star hotel, but maximal an average 3/4 star hotel. Starting with the positive things: they have an amazing brasserie (known for Divan), great bar (worth the 5 stars) However, reception seems to be overwhelmed: got early check in after overnight flight (great!), but card was not working, but even worse when sleeping early at 10 pm at evening new guests entered the room, because their computer system thought I checked out. Also they didnt seem to be surprised, so seems to often more often. Rooms are large, bed ok, but furniture is outdated and noise form hall way loud. So if you want to go and enjoy great food a place to go, if you also need to sleep stay away.
