"The property is beautiful and many areas for entertainment as well as peaceful. Breakfast is free but limited variety compared to other beach hotels. Bed was wonderful, cleaning was perfect. Costs for drinks, including water, was the highest I ever paid in any hotel. No shuttle, all walking distances if you want outside of the hotel gates. Otherwise staff was excellent. "

"When I arrived at the place, I realized that the picture posted here is the entrance of the small mall. I walked in and found no sign for the "Aparthotel Zitouna". I had to ask one guy at the bakery to learn that the lady at the grocery store across the hallway was in charge of the hotel. After I showed her my reservation, she told me that she is not doing business with Orbitz anymore and it was not accepted. If so, why is this hotel still listed here?"

"Le personnel a l’accueil est désagréable et condescendant. Nous sommes arrivés à 21h on nous a donné une chambre sale avec une chasse d’eau qui ne fonctionne pas et des toilettes qui fuit. Nous étions 4 et nous n’avons que deux draps, quand nous avons demander à changer de chambre on nous a dit que ce n’était pas possible avant lendemain, nous avons donc passé une nuit sans toilette avec deux enfants dont un en situation d’handicap. "A great hotel matching its description, staff are excellent. Special thanks to Miriam for breakfast area, and Oumaima at reception and the daytime reception lady as well ( sorry I don’t know your name). Room was well heated and they turned heating down for me remotely for my comfort. Rooftop bar on the 6th floor had live music on Friday and their food was good, try their Mixed Grill for 58 Dinars (£16) . There’s a bar on the 1st floor (I didn’t try it) and the music was loud but I slept fine on...
