"I was so disappointed with this hotel,It's was not what I've seen on pictures, the rooms were totally different from the website it shows, I've claimed and said that the pictures are old lol they really need to update Their new room pictures. Are really awful and the AC doesn't work, the room was really cold,Blankets smell dust,I think haven't been used before only kept in the closet :/ I have to admire the staff service was friendly but I wasnt satisfy at all booking at their hotel. "Great staff and good vibes. We really enjoyed our stay here. The dining room staff, beach staff, and animators were really good to us. Food gets repetitive (more fruit, please!) But apart from that we loved it all. Tip: the party on the stage goes until 11:00 pm most nights. If you aren't a night owl, ask for a room facing away from the stage. We partied on our balcony."
