"Everything was great except one of the restaurant staff, when my son asked for a fresh pineapple juice @ the juice counter, she was negotiating with me to have half pineapple & half orange; I told her my son doesn't want orange; she sends one worker to talk to the manager while we were standing there for minutes....."

"Our stay was good. The staff were great and everyone put in a good effort to please the guests. Room perhaps was a bit less than expected but the balcony view was good and beds comfortable. Restaurants were fine, buffet perfectly adequate. Overall value was good. Only small complaint was noise from other rooms several nights."

"We’ve been in Djerba for only 5 days and we booked up at last minute. Food was amazing, excellent variety at the buffet, mainly traditional Tunisian food. The all inclusive included only soft drinks but with a little extra $ you could have local alcoholic beverages but honestly didn’t worth it! (Tap beer and strong liquor are not good) You end up paying to get bottled beer. Nice bar service at the pool close to the beach. General cleanest is excellent at the room, bathroom room and buffet.
