"I chose this property because it was popular and close to my in-laws. Everyone gives it raving reviews, so I booked my reservation months ago. I was also told by former employees that this place used to be Better and it is now way different from how it used to be before. I’ve had minor issues leading up to the actual day of staying at the hotel but that did not matter because I already made up my mind to stay there however, I did not enjoy my stay for the most part. "Beautiful hotel and more importantly, really great people! The level of service is on another level. We had fresh roses in the bathrobe, next to bathtub, table, side table etc etc. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options. "

"With regards to room amenities definitely not a 4 star. No kettle , slippers, ironing board and room outdated. Limited options during low season, food was average too. Staff was excellent & very helpful. Not much around the area just a few basic shops /cafes. Not an issue for most people but I would recommend providing a prayer area that people can use after check out. Overall stay : Average "
