"This property was in the heart of the beautiful city of Trento. What a gem Trento is. We walked everywhere and toured the castle. The views from the top of the castle were fantastic. Everything was very close to the hotel. "

Second room ...a hummer noise with the heater after the first night and the hotel DID NO HAVE any maintenance support available and it was a Friday. So...they gave us the third room for our second night...(yes, we had to move our luggage three times). Again...it has potencial...just bad management. We are world travelers and this was...

"Cute hotel overall. Good location to walk to dinner. The room was completely muggy and stunk of old cigarette smoke. Luckily didn’t spend too much time in the room. There was no service at the wine bar downstairs. The breakfast though was fantastic. "

"The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."

"The 2 nights stay at Stadt Hotel was excellent. Staffs were friendly & kind. Check in was fast, and the apple strudel welcome dessert was excellent. Piazza Walther was just 2 minutes walk & surrounding were filled with good restaurants. My first impression with Bolzano was great. "
