Great value stay during off season. Amazing views, clean rooms. The toiletries smelled good, sheets were clean. Great balcony area. Free bfast, great amenities inside room. Didnt get to use the wellness and sauna d/t lack of time. Great service from the staff. There was a very helpful female staff at the resto during bfast on 10/20. I didnt get to get her name but she is young, petite and had a bit of an accent. Ty so much. It takes roughly close to 3 hes to get here from VCE airport. This town has resyos and shops and is right beside the ski lift. It was a bit of a ghost town area during off season but i was there for the views and oh boy didnt disappoint.

Stayed at X Alp Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms were clean, convenient, and packed with amenities. The jacuzzi was a highlight, especially on chilly days, with amazing views to enjoy while soaking. Breakfast was delicious with attentive staff. The hotel is just a short walk from a beautiful stream, perfect for a relaxing stroll. The lounge with a small fireplace was a cozy spot to have a drink at night or even work during the day. Only downside was the in-house restaurant for dinner, which was just OK, but overall, a great stay!

This hotel and facility is really nice. The manager was fantastic. And one of the reception female staff was too. However the other female staff with long brown hair was not a friendly person and the word that starts with a B...best describes her behavior. Very unwelcoming. The room is really nice. The buffet breakfast very nice. The restaurant was okay with few options for vegetarians like us. We ate there for the first night, after that we went elsewhere so we would not have to repeat our dinner from the night before.

Amazing hotel. Great stay, comfy bed, big room. Close to everything. The pool and sauna are amazing and we loved that they took reservations for the hot tub and outdoor area, we were able to enjoy it all to ourselves. Would stay again, hope to be back one day.

We had a nice stay at X Alp. The property is very new, our room was big and spacious; it's a small hotel hence the facilities are somehow small (e.g. wellness) but this was not a problem. Food was great and we upgraded to half board. The service was good but of varying quality both at the front office and room cleaning. The hotel caters more to young couples vs. families with kids - a safe bike room bike cleaning facility if you ride your bicycle.
