"Great little pub with friendly staff and safe parking for a motorcycle I missed out on food due to the time but they are more than happy to eat a takeaway in the bar area Definitely use this place again "

"The Hat het is a loverly picturesque pub/ hotel. Welcome excellent, food and ambiance perfect. VFM good. The thing that let it down was cleanliness of the room- smeared bathroom mirror looked like it was cleaned with a soiled cloth ( had to clean it to see any reflection!) the toilet rim covered in hair & dust & the lamp shades & corners of the room rife with cobwebs. We did enjoy our stay however and we did report the room dissatisfaction to the young service lady but no apology or explanation...

"Room was clean, we were in room 8 which overlooks a courtyard and the light in the courtyard is very bright and stays on all day and night, the curtains are good but there is light all around them like it is morning outside. Breakfast was very good and morning service very friendly."

"Great stay, bathroom was cosy, toilet to close to radiator which was hot! Difficult to reach toilet roll holder which was tucked behind the toilet and hot radiator otherwise a lovely quiet room and good stay"
