Our room was nice and clean, bright but there was only 1 small convection heater in the room - so the room was not very warm. On top of that there seems to be no heating in the bathroom at all. "We have used this hotel a few times and always been very pleased with it. However this time, the room we were allocated was far too close to reception and main area. (I did request quiet room away from traffic but didn’t anticipate being disturbed by other noises).
