Staff very friendly only one slightly rude member was cleaning lady who had a very strong accent and got stroppy because i didn't understand her, thats not my fault so so needs to be taught abit off consideration and speak abit slower and clearer please.otherwise a most perfect stay, will be back next year thank you to all lovelyuospartner "
