"I must admit l had a very enjoyable stay meals and entertainment was top notch. The only draw back was if you are a little infirm ,short of breath and find stairs a little overwhelmed this hotel is not for you . They have designed ramps to combat this problem as the hotel as it is built on an incline say that the facilities are of a five star hotel"

We didn’t arrive until late evening on our first night due to plane delays so we had missed any entertainment and evening meal, but they did supply a pack of sandwiches, juice and fruit. The room and hotel were very clean and modern. There were beverages supplied in our room but mainly coffee and tiny cups. So being British I would have liked a cup of ordinary tea and milk. "Had a great stay, friendly staff and affordable hotel. Breakfast was sub-par, and we had cockroaches in our room. But the staff handled the cockroaches immediately and we did not see them again. "

"Expedia site reservation states 2 double sofa beds. Our room had 2 twin beds pushed together. When I asked for the room I reserved, I was told the hotel only had this type room and that expedia site showed something the hotel did not offer. No way to upgrade room or get a double bed. 10 days of misery."
