"Firstly, I like the location which it is situation near to Myeongdong Shopping Street, and it is also very convenient, as it is a short walking distance to Euljiro(3)station. The hotel facility and the room are clean, neat, organized and tidy . Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Most of them speaks fluent english, and they are very initiative. Hotel breakfast taste great, food are freshly served every morning, and the staff greeted us warmly in the winter of 6.30am in each morning. "

"Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was quiet even though the F&B outlets are just in front of the hotel. Room is considered big compared with other hotels that we stayed in the past. Hotel is near to the Eujiro 1 station and Myeongdong station, both about 3 mins and 8 mins walk respectively. Our 7 nights stay package includes the breakfast which is realy good. One feedback is that the brealfast menu could be changed to a different menu on every 3 days for variety. Nevertheless, we will...

"The room was very beautifully decorated and the kids adored the room. When we checked out today, we asked the reception if we could buy the soft toys in the room, the lady was saying it was not for sale. She then surprised the kids by giving them two small soft toys (from the same theme). I did not notice her name as we were rushing for the airport. Thank you to the pretty lady receptionist for the nice gesture (happened at 5:30am on 28 Dec 2024). "
