"Property is very clean, quiet and it is at a great convenient location. The only thing with the room is that the AC was not cold enough as the room was quite big with 2 double beds. AC is not powerful enough to cool down such big room. Staff tried helping but there is no additional fan available that we can borrow unfortunately."

"Apartment was beautiful. Very spacious and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and the view of the sunset each evening was spectacular. Great pool facilities and so close to the beach and the Main Street. Be warned that the shower is in a bath tub - so accessibility not great. But manageable for short stays. "

"We had a nutter on the roof in his undies scared our kids the guy was on home detention and was in the room next door he was confused and unstable constantly banging on our door it was a very unpleasant experience no fault of the venue or staff "

"You cannot beat the location! Beachfront with so many restaurants and everyday shopping in walking distance - with the tram outside the side door. Old world charm and grandeur just makes you feel special. The restaurant is getting a bit neglected and needs a refurb - but the breakfast and dinner - delicious! Cocktail lounge is wonderful for a relaxed drink, music, light meal - but the staff a bit slow with drink orders. Overall - we had a lovely stay. Our room was clean, bed comfy,...
