"Exceptional appartments, meticulously clean, spacious, nice views from apartment however I absolutely hated the check in process … you have to install an app on your phone so you can gain electronic access to apart via phone … that wasn’t simple .., I did not find instructions clear .. had to call up for assistance…prompt response however the gentleman on the other end was rude and inpatient ..
