"Coober Pedy's scorching summer heat was no match for the cool comfort of our underground dugout! At a steady 23 degrees, it was a welcome respite from the blistering temperatures outside. Despite a sudden flash flood that swept through the town, our elevated dugout remained completely unaffected. While the main bed might have been a bit firm for some, we slept soundly each night, undisturbed by any discomfort. The property's lack of air conditioning was a non-issue, as the constant cool...

While the first and last occasion were out of their control, they were aware of an issue on the middle day and did not take the time to contact us and alert us to the issue. Given the boutique nature of this hotel, the lack of service ethos was astounding. "
