"We had a very good welcome when we arrived late due to a wedding we were attending. Quick and efficient check-in. Rooms were generally good, although the shower had signs of orange bacteria and some black mould on the ceiling. The bottom of the shower door and sealant around it was tatty and looked dirty, so much so that I didn’t want to use it. "Really good. Lovely people working there, really helpful, friendly and polite. Car charger 100kw so a decent one. Very comfortable and peaceful room. Good gym, range of free weights as well as fixed, bars, cardio machines. Breakfast good too. "

"Arrived Saturday afternoon for the usual two night stay. Receptionist welcoming, friendly and quick to book are party in Spotless, with all the necessary amenities needed. The only problem was the meal in the restaurant that evening was well below standard, food was just warm and the fish approx 25%fish 75 oily batter. Highly recommend this hotel. "We had a terrible stay at this hotel and had to leave a day early. The road way to the hotel is appalling and full of pot holes. On arrival at reception the receptionist was pleasant, we then got to our room, even before entering you were hit by the smell of damp and mould, we entered the room and straight away had to open windows because of the smell.
