"Good Service Amidst Renovation Challenges We recently stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience due to some unforeseen circumstances, but we still appreciated the efforts of the hotel staff to make our stay as comfortable as possible. When we arrived, we had booked an oceanfront room with two twin beds through Expedia. Unfortunately, the hotel was undergoing renovations, and none of the oceanfront twin rooms were available. "The resort is beautifully with a nice beach especially the north beach , the staff are wonderful .my only concern is the boat house which is run by a third party that does not meet the standard of a 5 stars hotel , one staff in particular ( Elaino) has a very bad Manner and attitude , I had to complain to hotel manager about his attitude and professionalism "

"Elna at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating throughout the week. All the staff is friendly and helpful. Property nicely maintained. Our room needs a thorough scrub down especially in the bathroom. The corners appear dirty. Room smells musty. They brought a dehumidifier and also cleaned the ac unit which helped. "

"Diana and Marie-France and the team will go the extra mile for anything you will need. Every question or wonder you might have they will help to find answers, they borrowed us umbrella, gave us lift to Victoria, handed bus card to top up… so helpful in every aspect. The stay is fantasticly calm and relaxing, but still close to beau ballon and with local bus to all places on the island "

We were so stoked by the location of the venue from the airport and Anse Royale. The rooms were super clean and had everything we needed. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. "Wonderful place and wonderful staff. The hotel is well kept and seems still new. The room was large and the patio and well were lovely being both private and with great views. The staff were lovely especially Cindy and Lucianna who made the restaurant perfect and spoilt our 6 year old. Only negative was a few small mosaic tiles missing around the pool."
