The suites was absolutely amazing as advertised with balcony mountain greenery views, stores & restaurants near by to the friendly workers in the shops & stores in the complex. "Our stay at Shanaz was absolutely fabulous. The staff are eager to make you happy and satisfied. The location is apt. Right on the beach yet close to town. Just opposite Shanaz is a supermarket and a phamacy. Beside it are banks and lovely restaurants. The property is on the beach. One can go swimming, kayaking and just lounging just at the backyard. "

"We've stayed at many Four Seasons but this was the best thus far. The rooms themselves might have been the best of any hotel we've stayed in and we're not casual travelers. Super spacious, views you can stare at for weeks, and a staff that you can't compare to any other hotel. "

"Although the property and its decor are quite dated it is perfectly presentable. The rooms are a generous size and the balconies are huge. Dining options were a little bit limited but the staff were excellent with particular mention to Jordan"

"The location is great it’s right on the beach. Not close to the party scene but if you want tranquility this is the spot for you. You basically have your own private beach. Do rent a car as things are further away. Having a car makes this hotel great as you can explore but don’t have to stay with all of the other tourists "

"We liked that we were able to get this place at a good price for nine nights. It is perfectly located with many shops and restaurants around, and it is walking distance to the bus stop. The Anse Royale beach is a 5-minute walk. We took the bus twice but it was stressful, and so we decided to drive to the west side of the island. The owner was able to secure us a car rental service at a great price at short notice. We also had the buffett cooked for us, and it was so delicious and very well worth it. The trash was taken out daily and the place was cleaned periodically. We had no issues with mosquitoes or bugs. On the last day, the airline pushed our flight forward by 4 hours, and rather than have us sit at the airport waiting, we were offered late check out at a very reasonable price, which we happily accepted. This was a great place to stay and I took one star off from the area around the property rating just because a small piece of property adjacent to the villa was poorly maintained and the view from the street could be improved (it should be noted that the adjacent property belongs to someone else). Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. We did not regret our nine nights."
