"Por medio de la aplicación yo reservé una habitación que tenía una cama queen, sin embargo cuando llegamos nos asignaron una cama de dos plazas que resultó incomoda para nosotros, el personal del hotel me indicó que como había reservado por la aplicación las condiciones cambiaban, pero esto no me parece que sea lo adecuado, porque la aplicación nunca me dio ningún aviso de que las condiciones iban a cambiar. Así que considero que este tipo de situaciones deben ser resueltas con los hoteles y dar una solución a los huespedes."
