"This property is as represented in the listing, in a gated community, safe and clean. We had 10 family members, ages 12 through adult, and fit very comfortably in the villa. The beach was lovely and only a short walk down from the villa. It was very suitable for our teenage children, who loved the waves. The beach is a bit rocky (the villa had 4 beach chairs, which was nice), so recommend bringing water shoes. I highly recommend using the chef services. We had two meals prepared a day for 10...

"The total ambience was very welcoming and relaxing. However, I didn't like that I wasn't told that I had to download the Palace app to access all information and entertainment. I found that out the following day when I called the operator. I also desired more entertainment involving us (the patrons}"

"Chantel did a tremendous job tidying my room. The place is extremely clean and fresh. There could be nightly activities to entertain us. What I don’t like is that most times it’s hard to get a seat in the lobby because of outsiders. "
