"Loved everything except the mineral pool station where we were welcomed to have smoothies - not adequate variety of offered assortment of fruits nor veggies to make smoothies plus smoothies attendant not at station most of the time …instead in athletic shelter talking to fellow staff and returning to smoothie station around 4 pm to make smoothies for those staff members rather than be available on call for guests once lunch time was over. Poor performance, as well as spa personnel entering...

Despite showing them the receipt and confirmation email the manager was still insisting we havent paid and even threatened the front desk receptionist saying if she allowed me to leave he'd take the money from her salary. Was not until i threatened legal action was i allowed to leave"
