"Just perfect! The hotel is stunning with its natural, scandinavian-style look and feel. Peaceful despite being so close to all of the Buzios buzz. The decor is well-thought. Every single staff member is friendly and helpful. They really do care about making your stay comfortable and as enjoyable as possible. The hotel was very accomodating. Every little detail and attention from the welcome drink to the evening macaroons and goodbye gift was a lovely touch. Nothing to say on the cleanliness....

"The hotel is up the hill away from the madness of the beach and downtown areas, but still a 15 minute walk to the heart of Gavea and a 15 minute cab ride (download Uber or app called "99" before you go!) to Ipanema and Leblon. Everyone at the hotel is friendly and helpful. The breakfast each morning is superb, especially when the monkeys come and join you. The pool is small but the hot tub is great (you have to ask them to heat it up 40 minutes in advance, though, and they shut it down...

"Spend half your time in Ipanema, the other half here. impeccable grou es, facilities, service. Lovely setting meticulously maintained. Friendly. One of the best restaurants in the city looking over the harbor and Centro. Some.great.neigjborhiid.places too such as Bar Maneiro. Great walk via colorful Lido steps to downtown and historical. attractions."

"Great place! Stayed here for a weekend and had a great time. The view of Praia Ferradura is amazing, and the rooms are great. The staff are super helpful and friendly, breakfast is very good, and we were welcomed with caipirinhas. The layout of the place is also very comfortable and cool. We would definitely stay here next time we are in Buzios. "
