"Checkin at 15:00. Room was not ready. I speak fluent Portuguese. The doormen told me they were cleaning the apartment would take 30 mins to complete. At 15:40asked the doormen to call the apartment, they did an no one answered. I then asked one doorman to go to the apartment. He did. When he returned he claimed the apartment was clean. I asked how he knew as he had no key. He said he saw it through the keyhole! Does this mean they watch me through the keyhole?!? Anyhow, as this was...

"No early check-in and not a real Hotel, there is reception but cannot leave your bags there. Also the bathroom is in the bedroom so not really great if you are using the sofa bed for another person. The roof top pool was warm and there is no attended bar."

"Local simples, porém ótimo para quem quer curtir a cidade e utilizar só para tomar banho e dormir … Quarto o ar gelando bem, tem televisão, tem frigobar disponível para você colocar suas coisas. Banheiro pequeno, mas com chuveiro quente. Não tem estacionamento, porém por informação dos funcionários, estacionei o carro em frente e não tive problema. A LOCALIZAÇÃO é perfeita. "The property has great location, wonderful views. The lobby failed to communicate we needed to ask for sheets and towels during check in, so when I arrived at the apartment I freaked out for a moment. After that I found out they offer everything, but you need to go downstairs to the lobby and request it. The staff was very helpful and friendly - always. "Amazing place to stay when visiting Paraty. The apartments are extremely spacious and very well kept. Everything is clean and orderly. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The property is located on the outskirts of the main city but the historic city center is just a five mins car ride. Overall I highly recommend this hotel."

"I rate this property as average because in all honesty, it's not shown as it really looks in real life, you'll be staying at the oldest building in the area, even though you're in the best area for beaches and restaurants, consider that you'll get what you're paying for. We had a misunderstanding with the check in so i recommend having your schedule well planned out. "This is the best property in Búzios, hands down. The building is beautiful, staff is very attentive and food is amazing. We spent 4 nights at Casas Brancas and wish we could stay longer. Breakfast was delicious and had many options to choose from (Aparecida served as every morning and she was great). Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and polite. My room was beautiful, bed was very comfortable. The pool was amazing and Casas Brancas is a walking distance from the Main Street (rua das Pedras) where all the shops and restaurants are located. We had dinner one night at Restaurant 74 which is located at Casas Brancas and food was delicious. Their attention to detail is impeccable. "
