"Mucho ruido, no se puede descansar bien si uno va de vacaciones. Las habitaciones dan al estacionamiento y ya desde las 7.30 AM se escuchaban las puertas de los baúles de los autos bien fuerte. Problema de la gente, pero el personal no les decía nada. Lo mismo con los ruidos en la escaleras de arriba cuando bajaban a desayunar. Realmente te despertaban!! todos los dias."

"The place needs total renovation! The walls of the room have mildew, the toilet was clogged, the water from the shower stall permeates through the whole bathroom floor, making everything wet. Breakfast is poor with only fruit a banana, breads are small and not crispy. Staff is nice and courteous"

"Villa Raphael is exquisite, beautiful, peaceful and filled with so much love ❤️. We had a very warm welcome from the receptionists who made us feel so comfortable, the moment we stepped in. "the hotel was nice they have usb ports if you have like an american box for plugs they were so helpful they have excursions to hook at the hotel they were super nice and friendly will definitely be back their food was good too and the view from the top is amazing 10/10 "

"Perfect Location. Great and well taken care facilities. Breakfast Buffet delicious. Great Staff. Rooms nice and clean with everything working good. Pool nice with poolbar and restaurant. I think is the best place to stay at RJ. Value for Money wise. "

"This was a wonderful hotel. Very safe and clean. The vip check in was awesome, though slightly inconvenient due to their open hours and number of staff. The room upgrade process was a little confusing but the cost was reasonable and worth the money. The location was great as well. Will definitely return. "
