"We had a junior suite which was large and well appointed. The hotel is huge. The staff were very kind and helpful. My only complaint was there was a strong perfume smell in the lobby the whole time we were there. Not sure if that’s always the case, but it was overpowering. That said- I’d still stay there again. It’s a beautiful old hotel in a great location to sites. "

"Beautiful hotel in unique building. The lobby areas were lovely and well maintained. Especially enjoyed the pool table. We had an Executive Suite which was huge and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the spa. Terrific location near Notre Dame and excellent dining options. Would definitely stay again."

"My wife and I vacationed in Quebec City, as we never have before in our 34 years of us being together. I was nervous as I don’t speak French that well. Upon checking in at the Reception / Front Desk, after I attempted to speak French, the Reception staff spoke with me in French and switched swiftly to English. The hotel is amazing, great location for doing anything you want and is walking distance to the Old Quebec City. The restaurant and room service is superb. The hotel staff are friendly and polite. The hotel is extremely clean and we had absolutely no concerns, the Chamber Staff / House Keeping Staff were exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel and location, we definitely will be back"

"This property is very conveniently located downtown. It is budget friendly. Staff is very helpful and welcoming. It is close to multiple buses and metro lines. You could also walk pretty much anywhere from here. Supermarket IGA and huge food court in Desjardins Center is 5 minutes away by walking. I highly recommend this hotel."
