"Lovely hotel, as I’ve come to expect of a Meliá Vinepearl. Wonderful front desk staff - warm, welcoming, and just a delight. The hotel is clearly an older hotel/building, but kept well. The rooms are well laid out, with everything you need, and a super comfy bed. I had a city view (as opposed to a river view) which was still spectacular, maybe because I was on a high floor. "Hung Nguyen was a great host and the property is very nice and well-known. The Staff is friendly and helpful and the food prepared on-site is good. Room was nice, clean, and the bathroom was also very good. I plan on visiting again and I will make it a point to stay at Karst Villas."

"Clean and beautiful beach. Restaurant has many good options at decent prices. Easy Grab rides to downtown. Avoid week-ends as it'll be crowded with tour groups. Recommend to get a room with seaview. Gym is basic with deficient AC. Very good service from staff."
