"This place is amazing. The best place in Phong Nha by far. The staff was so helpful. They booked us airport transfers for $23 USD each was, rented us a scooter to see the caves and suggested to just do the caves ourselves instead of the tours which was so beneficial and smart. Lan was exceptional in arranging everything for us. Spoke great English and knew exactly what we needed to do and set it up for us so everything was smooth and fun. The property is so nice. "Only issue was on checking out, the receptionist received a photo of a flannel I'd used to wipe the balcony clean from a chambermaid, and seemed to want financial compensation from me for using it this way. This spoiled what had up to then been a perfect stay in the hotel. I paid nothing, and left in a huff."
