"Good place. Stunning views, friendly staff, luxury room interiors and exteriors. However, the expectations for a 5 star resort are high. For example, when a particular dish is missing on the high-end restaurant menu, you'd expect a waiter to share that in advance. Then 2 days later, 2 dishes are missing... The beach is at the bottom of a steep hill. There are gulf carts which take down and up. However, the service stops at 4 p.m. ??? Why not at least 6 or later? "

"A stunning place! The bar/restaurant and pool area are truly breathtaking and have been done to a very high standard. The staff were all fantastic and the food was generally good. There is lots to explore locally including the free waterfalls you can access from the hotel, a bigger waterfall further down the hill which id definitely recommend and Marino Ballena National park. "I loved all of the options for activities. It would have been ni e to know where each activity was located & sometimes the food a a little bland. Otherwise, I absolutely enjoyed every minute i was there, definitely worth it!"
