"Average experience. Because I was a tourist they taxed me but didn’t take advantage too much. The room was nice but I did have a stained towel and the door handle on the front of the door partially fell off . However, where the staff were very friendly, I chose to provide a slightly above average experience due to the service they provided."

"Hotel is CLOSED. Hotels.com did not notify us of this. They keep trying to contact the hotel to issue us a refund, but they don’t seem to realize that the hotel is CLOSED and their number has been disconnected. There are other reviews on this and other sites that can back this up."

"Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for the Tower, Rooms are a little bit dated and in need of updating, but very clean. Bed was very comfortable so good nights sleep. One thing that could be added would be tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. "

"The front desk Lisa was very nice. She help us to print some boarding tickets. The hotels is 10 mins walking to the leading tower. The breakfast was very good with different options. "
