"Great hotel but I wasn’t offered any VIP perks and had to pay for full price for breakfast, despite the VIP discount mentioned when booking. I had a faulty toilet seat in the bathroom and when trying to book services, I was told I had to book a day in advance, even though I was only staying for one night. "

"Super location with views over the beautiful city of Florence! Super staff, Daniel you were a legend! Dinner was astonishing, fabulous food and service! You can walk to the city centre, downhill and flat, 20 minutes or so, definitely a taxi back, circa 12 Euro! "

"I messaged the staff about checking in late due to a delayed flight and they were reassuring that there would be no worries. My room was very clean and nice. Perfect location making it easy for us to walk around the city with everything being at most a 15 minute walk. When we checked out the staff offered us to order us a taxi or keep our bags for as long as we needed. VERY friendly. If I come back to Florence I will definitely be staying here. "
