"A nice b&b with a beautiful view and quiet landscape (apart from church bells in the morning). However, there were a few problems. For example the room was cold and I couldn't turn the temperature up. Furthermore, the hosts were very nice but a little bit overinformative and tried to converse with us in a language we did not understand. Also, there were no standard utilities like cups, kettle and even a table. Without a car it's quite difficult to get anywhere: to the shops, restaurants. Overall...

"Talk about value for money! A very nice 3 bedroom B&B with a roof terrace in the Old Town of Genoa. Large, modern and clean rooms. Excellent service and a friendly and service minded owner. It is on the 4th floor without elevator, so you have to walk up the 105 steps! But it is worth it."

"Vincenzo is the manager what can I say, he did so much for us what a superstar. We were at a friends wedding for 4 days and there were all sorts of things we needed help with from cars being towed and lifts etc. He was amazing!! The place itself is fairly basic but clean. Breakfast basic but the local cafes have excellent and cheap paninis etc on offer so no issues. Very Close to the beach and restaurants. We walked into Sestri levante and it took 40 mins. "It is an old-style property with a nice garden, located at a distance of 10-15 minutes by foot from the Brignole train station. The front desk has limited opening hours. The breakfast is good. There are free snacks and fruits available anytime at the bar area. The free WiFi connection works well."

"The hotel was just what I was looking for! It was a great price and a great location, near Old Town, other tourist attractions, and the train station. The hotel itself was small, and the building older, and so the rooms and amenities were older. However, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the host and hostess were wonderful: very welcoming, warm, and friendly. There was also a common room with tables, a t.v., a microwave and small snacks and drinks for purchase. We really enjoyed our stay...
